Being Mary Jane!!!

So who watched Being Mary Jane last night on BET??  I absolutely loved it!!  Kudos to the writers and the actors this season already because they have had 3 very powerful episodes in only 2 weeks.   I thought the way they dealt with suicide was shocking and riveting at the same time.  They showed Lisa actually relaxed, calm and almost ok with her decision to end her life. During the previous seasons of the show I would question in my mind how much of a friend Lisa actually was and when she told David about Mary Jane stealing his sperm I thought to myself why would she do that.  But the writers were leading up to this season when they would reveal what was really going on with Lisa and the demons that were haunting her.  I cried a lot during last nights episode and I feel like I cried for many reasons.  Mary Jane understood as much as she could about her friends truth and for that she would overlook a lot of things Lisa would do.  But betrayal on that level was something Mary Jane had a hard time getting over and she needed time.  I was extremely sad that Lisa died alone without anyone to turn to including her dearest friend Mary Jane.  When the truth came out that Lisa and David had relations I really didn't like Lisa because we all know that you don't do something like that to your closest friend.  But when you find out Lisa's past with her father molesting her it made sense in a way.  All I can say is wow to last nights episode and great job to the writers and characters.  I really enjoy Being Mary Jane and I hope it sticks around.
