My Top Boy Toys for 2015

Hey Everyone,

So with Christmas fast approaching I have begun my shopping for my little one.  Now to give you some history on my little one, he absolutely loves dinosaurs.  It all started with him watching Dinosaur Train that airs on PBS Kids.  Very cool show that gives lots of information on dinosaurs and names dinosaurs from A to Z of the alphabet.  So by him watching this show he learned all about dinosaurs and also his alphabet.  But he is also into other things that 5 and 6 year old's are in to.  Like trains, electronics and cars.  So my top list of toys for 2015 are based on my dinosaur fanatic 5 year old.

First on my list is Zoomer Dinosaur.  He did get one of these last year and he loved it.  So since it was a big hit last year and the price went down a little on them this year I decided to get him another one.

Second on my list is the Lionel Pennsylvania  G-Gauge or O-Gauge Remote Train Set.  My son has been requesting a train set and the Lionel Trains seem to have pretty good reviews. The O-Gauge is a little more money than the G-Gauge, but on Amazon it was cheaper than all the other stores.

Third on the list is the Fisher Price Imaginext Ultra T-Rex.  This caught my eye because of how big it is and the things it can do.  This thing actually walks.... Boulders launch from its chest, the claws retract and the eyes and tail light up.  This toy made everyone's hot toy list and it was selling out fast but I actually was able to get it a little cheaper at Walmart.

Fourth is a Leapfrog Leapreader books and flashcards.  Every year I always buy my son educational toys.  Last year he received a Leapreader so this year I just added to his collection of books and the reading flashcards.

Last but certainly not least on the list is a Apple iPad Mini.  I know that this is a pricey gift for a little person.  But my son has been working my iPhone and iPad since he was 2 so I really felt he needed one of his own so he can leave my iPhone and iPad alone.  Now he can watch his favorite episodes of Dinosaur Train on Netflix.
